In Potštejn we built a new 9 × 7 m year-round cottage that replaced the customer's old one. We signed the contract on 3 February 2026 and the module was ready by the end of June, so the customer could enjoy the summer in their new place. But repeated submissions to the building authority delayed everything significantly — a structural assessment had to be supplied as well, and the permit finally came through only from 1 October 2026. We didn't leave the customer to deal with it alone and helped see it through to the end.
Transport was another challenge — the customer asked us to disturb the surroundings as little as possible when driving through the garden and not to damage the trees. The result? Not a single tree was harmed. We set the module precisely in place, creating a beautiful space with a view of Potštejn Castle.
