Another older project, from 2024, worth revisiting. One summer, a doctor's family from South Moravia approached us wanting comfortable garden living for their mother-in-law and grandmother. Their brief was clear — they wanted full service from design through to completion. We took the challenge on.
The project is one of many successful realizations across South Moravia, where we have built a number of similar modular solutions over recent years.
What we created
- Two separate modules, 8 × 3.4 m (27.2 m²), each with its own bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning for heating and cooling
- Luxury Deluxe finish: marble-imitation bathroom, double-chamber aluminum windows with excellent insulation, decorative lighting and energy-saving LED elements
- Interior day/night blinds for complete privacy
- Terrace with a pergola joining both modules and opening onto a view of the lavender fields
Ecology and practicality in one
- Pergola with gutters channelling rainwater into an eco tank — the family can reuse the water
- 20 cm floor build-up with an SPC vinyl top layer — durable and thermally stable in any weather
- The modules are fully independent — each has its own electricity meter
