Confectionery & pickup point (6 × 3 m)

For years, the owner sold her cakes and sweet treats straight from home. As her customer base grew, so did the need for more privacy, her own space and professional facilities.

The solution was a 6 × 3 m module we placed right next to the family house. It will serve as a new confectionery and pickup point — a lovely example of how a module turns a home business into a professional space of its own.

We paid attention to the details, too. We set the module on a base lined with rubber matting, which helps level out unevenness, increases the structure's lifespan and keeps the steel frame from resting directly on the concrete.
